About the client
The client was a technology start-up offering custom software and application development services to large enterprises and organizations.
The company started with a small team and a make-shift office in Mumbai, India. The founding team managed to acquire the first few software projects by leveraging their network and connections. However, soon enough they realized that new business is hard to come and they needed additional resources to manage the existing projects. After a successful launch, the second and third quarter took a toll on the internal resources and profits. There was no new business and resources were stretched beyond limit in managing the existing few projects.
The first challenge was to ensure smooth operations and project management with negligible downtime and disruption of services. We deployed a support team of software developers and technical support executives to work in co-ordination with the onsite support team. The offshore development center at Apollo BT helped complete existing software and application development projects on time and provide technical support to clients and users around the clock.
